🚀 OIRC Consumer Lab Showcase: Update on Projects Awarded in October 2023 🚀

On Wednesday, 16th October 2024, we hosted an inspiring online showcase highlighting the innovative projects awarded by our OIRC Consumer Lab Hub in October 2023. This event was a fantastic opportunity to learn about groundbreaking ideas and solutions developed by talented individuals.

Event Highlights:

  • Understanding multi-component food-items and their influence on eating behaviour – PI: Laura Wilkinson (Swansea University)
  • Reducing the carbon footprint of a high street restaurant chain – PI: Katy Tapper (City, University of London)
  • “Finding Healthy Online” – PI: Sally Moore (University of Leeds)
  • Developing a novel computational model to understand drivers of food choice – PI: Suzanne Higgs (University of Birmingham)
  • AIRES (Art Infusion for Healthier Choices) – PI: Laura Wilkinson (Swansea University)
  • Food in primary schools – studying children’s real-world food choice and dietary behaviour – PI: Hannah Ensaff (University of Leeds)
